President McKinley lived here
And thanks for that, President McKinley. Because you lived in Canton, we now have the McKinley Monument.
(impressive {for canton} even in the snow.)
And the McKinley Museum.
Complete with Alice the Automated Dinosaur.
Which Nora would not go near.
Nora's favorite was the dollhouse exhibit.
100 Day
Never thought a dress up day at school would end up so melancholy and morbid for Hailey.
Nora brought a little bit of comic relief.
Although Hailey hates HATES to hear it. . .
. . .she is a really cute Grandma.
Winter in Ohio
We had quite a bit of snow in January. The girls went outside and made a snowman with Dad.
. . . and came in from the cold and had hot chocolate.
. . .but then the snowman melted.
. . . which made the girls sad.
But then we got even MORE snow!!
A LOT more snow.
And spent a whole day digging out. . .
. . .and digging in.
and more digging in.
It couldn't have been a better snow day.
One day a light snow frosted all the tree branches. . .
. . .making everything even more beautiful.
and with the sun shining, wow.
We've enjoyed the cardinals and blue jays in our tree.
Hailey and Nora tried to attack me with snow. . .
. . .but I had the glass door to protect Charlie and me.
They like to visit the chickens.
And love to play in the snow with each other.
AND THIS is what Nora is famous for.
